Fineline is an architecture and design studio working between Athens and London, on residential, hospitality, and small commercial projects.

Our best work starts with a building someone else began. The most interesting design problems, and often the most sustainable answers, come from repairing and adapting rather than demolishing and starting again. The intervention is light but decisive: enough to let a building keep evolving, not so much that what it already is gets written over.

Every project begins with a close reading of its site. Proportion, light, and the materials the area is built from shape the architecture, along with an insistence on spatial clarity and detail that lasts. The work is contemporary, and grounded in place.

The studio is led by Nefeli Eforakopoulou, a TEE registered architect also ARB registered in the UK, and Graham Smith, an ARB registered architect. Each brings over a decade of work on urban, residential, and hospitality projects in Athens and London. That experience shows in the design development and in the technical delivery.
