About the project
Athens Riviera Villa is conceived as a low house shaped as much by its courtyards as by its rooms.
Planted courtyards cut into the plan, bringing light, air and greenery into the rooms while separating living, sleeping and guest spaces. Pitched ceilings add height where it matters, and deep terraces extend everyday life outside while providing shade. Limewashed plaster, oak and local stone keep the house robust and grounded. The result is a low, generous home where the garden is never far away.
